Hi! I'm Jen, physical therapist and avid mover since I was a kid. I grew up as a gymnast, taught pilates for 6 years through school and now work as a physical therapist. Movement has always been apart of my life and the more I work with clients, the more I appreciate exactly how powerful movement can be in a person's life. I am so very grateful to still be waking up everyday able to move, able to walk, able to use my extremities. I am committed to take care of my body for the life it has given me and I am fired up to empower others to optimize movement patterns, relieve pain and prevent injury.
