Dr. Jen Esquer
Jen Esquer, PT, DPT, is an internationally-renown physical therapist who specializes in helping people overcome chronic pain and maximize physical performance. As the founder of two transformative programs, “The Mobility Method” and “The Optimal Body,” she brings a unique, whole body approach to strength, mobility and pain-free living. In 2019, Jen was named one of the top 50 most influential healthcare professionals. Jen’s easily accessible approach has garnered her more than half a million followers on social media and more than more than 5 million views of her health and fitness videos. Jen has been featured in Shape Magazine, Self Magazine, Men’s Fitness and Muscle and Fitness and recently graced the cover of Oxygen Magazine. She’s also appeared on CBS, the RISE podcast with Rachel Hollis and more. When she’s not busy making videos, she’s doing breathwork or Acroyoga with her fiancé who is also a doctor of physical therapy. They live in Los Angeles, California
Dr. Dom Fraboni
Dr Dom is a MN native, born and raised Midwest, turned to California by the love of his life who just so happens to be the other host of this podcast! Dom was inspired to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN because he always has had a love of the amazing machine that is the human body, desire to be a lifelong learner, and desire to serve people through his profession. Dr Dom has found that the best way to serve people is by treating them as an entire person. As a college football athlete, Domenic was the Vice Chair in the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee and helped create best practices for the “It’s on Us” campaign to bring awareness to stop sexual assault on Division IIII college campuses. He is also committed to devoting his time to influencing national policy in order to improve the quality of care for the people that we serve in this country as a medical profession. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Student Assembly and has helped them coordinate national events with Special Olympics. He has ambition to help shift the societal scales in health by helping to influence health policy and legislation, and he lobby’s yearly in Washington DC to make sure that we focus on long term solutions to the health disparities our country faces, not short term fixes. Dom is so excited to share The Optimal Body Podcast with you all and walk this journey alongside you to you optimal body!
